Oracle Reports on HP UX 10.2 ???

I would ask Oracle - even Metalink is far too complicated on this one.
Oracle 8.0.6 is certified on HP/UX 10.2 but all the Reports 6i are listed with 11.0 or 11i
Some are certified but others aren't, all have the RDBS de-supported, so I'm not going to give you the answer you want - suggest you get on the phone
