Perhaps, the rub would be getting the spreadsheet to pass along the user/pw. Keep in mind that Excel as a data source is frought with peril.
This is common in MS Access by using a link to a table and selecting Save Password.
Then you can create queries in Access based on the linked table and use those as the data source for Crystal.
