Oracle Express upgrade potential problems

Many Many problems with the use of expresses RA/RAM side of express in 6.2..
This is the worst roll out of any oracle product I have ever seen.
We have tryed all three of of the current v6 releases and each had buges that prevented us from a rollout in production. [sig][/sig]

Please could you outline the problems you have found. We have upgraded from Exp 5 to Exp 6 as per instructions inO Ex Server guide v6.2, went okay, when trying to convert db from v5 db to v6.2 db we get duplicate object names which we can't trace/find.
Damned annoying!
Short of renaming every object pre conversion then renamin post conversion I can't think of another route, any suggestions?
