Oracle Designer 6i -> Oracle 9i Web

I am new to Oracle forms/Reports. I have taken over some Oracle forms and reports that were developed in Designer 6i. They are client/server format I want to upgrade them to Oracle 9i and use them on the Web. What do I have to have on the web server to accomodate 9i web forms/reports and what do I have to do to convert them. Finally, will oracle 9i web convert forms that have tabs in them...etc?
