Oracle Clinet Setup

Hi all,
In a client server environment, what are the components needs to be installed at client side to run the application.
Application executables are in a server.

Give deatils of what u r runninf (client and server), what architecure, how many tiers ?

It is basically a two tier architecture.
Clients are connecting to the server over the network.
The entire development components are installed at client machine.And through tnsnames.ora file they are initiating the connection.I am little skeptic this, Because the client doesn’t need the development tools on their machine ( I believe)They basically need a run time of dev2000 and client connection.But at the same time I don’t know what are the very essential components required for this kind of setup

Choose only runtimes and let installer make the rest.

No dev tools should be installed, just the Orcl client and application software.
