Option11c INI Code

Our option 11c did a system restart (voice mail was down for a while) when it came back online I got these INI messages and I can't seem to find information on these codes can anyone help point me in the right direction...?

It always does an INI after a Reload, if it doesn't your in trouble

It won't INI if you use the proper procedure to reboot the MMail. Before you power down the MMail - disable the AML link - then re-enable it after you power the MMail back up. Don't it thousands of times. If it does there was more going on than just trouble with the MMail.

voice mail was down / unresponsive when i logged in.I seen CSA001 9 codes then the system rebooted on it's own and i beleive the ini codes will explain why, I'm just having trouble finding out what they mean. Thanks for your help !!
 
I believe an INI 002 is an IO issue and the INI 003 is some type of network or PE equipment problem. Usually not an issue with the Core system, but rather something attached to the system. From your posting and other comments, your mail was most likely the components. You may have to find an older System Messages book to deciper the HEX information after the INI code.
