Because the link xmsre posted require him to use the Advanced tab, which is his problem...he doesn't see it.

Ok then I'm confused. You said you couldn't see the Advanced tab that you need to access via the link to disable NDR's. If you couldn't see the tab, how exactly did you go about disabling the NDR's?

Expand the Global Settings container in the left pane, click Internet Message Formats, right-click the Default object, and then click Properties. " I right clicked on Internet Message Formats, all I had to do is just left click, then you get Default, you can right click on it and then I get advanced features.
