In order to give someone the option to set up a Personal Verification name on their voicemail what option is needed on the switch? We have 3903 and 3904 phone sets.

Option 61 - Personal Verification

Well it's setup with in Voice Mail. What are you using for voice mail, Call Pilot, Mer Mail?

In MerMail:
For a group of people:
1. Go to Class of Service Administration from the main menu.
2. View/modify the class of service you're target mailbox is assigned to.
3. Arrow-down to Person Verification Changeable by User and select YES.
4. Save the change.
For one mailbox:
1. Arrow-down to Class of Service and select Personal.
2. Press More Detail and follow from step 3 above.
