Option 11C Printed Reports 1

Hi All!

I have an option 11C Rls 23.55. The customer is asking if we can print out a report for an extension DN that they believe is spending too much time on personal calls....Any ideas?

not unless you have a call logger.

Yes if you are running any type of CDR reports.

you'll need to set up cdr, ld 21 prt cdr, ld 15 to modify it. then build a tty with cty for user then go the rdb's (ld 16) and answer yes to tty and enter the tty. thne for the station if you want internal calls cls icda.. the onlt problem is you get all calls external in/out ont that route. you can control inbound on a route via the cdr data, but outbound will be from all stations. i pull my cdr output up in excel and use a macro to sort be ext, sorted by longest call.. for a short test, use entc against the station and capture that data, way to much info but you can monitor traffic to a single station with that command
