Option 11c CC Problem

I´ve got an option 11c with 3 DTI2 cards and after a power outage I can´t enable de CC:

I re-start the PBX But It didn´t work, Any suggestion?

Looks like the Clock Card is not working.

Where It´s located the Clock Card, This is an option 11c

It will be a Daughter Board on one of the T1 cards. Go to LD 73 and do
REQ: PRT
Type: DDB
