Option 11C Analog card no dial tone

I have option 11C PBX. I have problem with analog card. I have 2 analog cards. I have one card in cabinat 1 and 2nd on 2nd cabinet. 1st cabinet card is woring fine. I swap the card but same thing. So there is nothing wrong with cards. When I use card in 2nd cabinet I am not able to get dial tone and when I press any key, nothing happen. However if I call from digital phone the analog phone is ringing but no voice. I removed TMDI cards from slot 3, 4 & 5 (Alos removed all the programing for TMDI)and insert analog card on slot 4 & 5 but no dial tone. However when I pressed key I got the key tone but it's not dialing. Please help me. On both the cabinet all digital cards and one analog card in cabinet 1 is working. Please help me

You may want to check your DTR card for that cabinet

In option 11C the DTR card is inbuild, right? How to check DTR card? I checked DTR card in LD 30 and all 8 TN says O.K.

Did you try changing the slot that the analog card was in?

yes the DTR is built in on the 11

disable your DTR card then enable your DTR card and see if that fixes your issue. sometimes they need bounced.

Test the cards in the 2nd cabinet in the slot that is working.
Check cabling between cabinets fiber or copper.
I don't understand "press any key " fancy analog sets?

do you have a phone built on the second card slot.. you'll here dtmf on a vacant slot if the card is giving you battery.. post the tn

Sorry for my english. I mean I tried card in slot 5 first and then card 4.I have 2 NTDK78AA AC/DC power supply in two cabinet. However in cabinet 1 the DC & Batt shows Green light but in cabinet 2 the DC light off and Batt light shows green. Do you think because of that analog card is not working? Do you think the power supply is bad? Right now PBX connected directly connected to commerical power because UPS is bad. Please help.

I replced power supply card without any luck. My one analog card is working in cabinet 1 but my other analog card is not working in cabinet 1. Does both cabinet has separate DTR cards? Receiver card in cabinet 2 also has DTR card? How many DTR cards needed to operate 2 analog cards? If option 11C use 2 DTR cards then to check DTR card I have to use LD 30 and DTR 0 & DTR 11?

on the interface card and the ssu you have dtr ports.. if it is just the dtr card then you can call a station and answer it, it just does not give you dialtone.. in my 81 i have 12 dtr's and over 4000 analog stations.

i haven't read this complete post. have you swapped the analog cards to see if the trouble stays in cab 0? i did see that you've replace the ps.. next in that chain would be the fiber interface card.. either the daughter board in cab 0 or the rec end in cab 1.. because that is such a small system, the path back to the cpu is very short

Thanks, John. Yes I swapped 2nd cabinet analog card to cabinet 0 but same thing. However in cabinet 0 I have another analog card and that card is working properly.
