option 11 with call pilot mini.....MW lights stay on...

I have an option 11 with a call pilot mini running the VM end of things and teh message waiting lights are staying on after the voice mail is cleared out.....any suggestions????

do a search to see if that dn is mwi for any other mb..

is the SCR that are you saying set to Key 1?because there are instance that DN are mixed one TN SCR is set to Key 0 and other is set to Key 1,if you clear the message it only clears the TN with SCR set to Key 0
