Option 11 slow processing

Hi
I have a site that a customer has provided 3 dgtl phones, since then all other dgtl phones on site have had trouble making calls externally and internally.
Basically they have to be slow and precise when they use the keypad, dialling at normal speed will fail.
I have changed the dgtl card, moved these new extns to another exsisting card, only way to correct fault was to ini switch.
The fault has now reappeared.
Is this a known problem?
(oh sorry phones are 3902's, not sure of software level of option 11.

could be software version or patch problem.. if not it's the ssc card.. but with everything on the one card, it's always the ssc..
