I upgrade my 11 to release 4.5 about a week now. Each time I login i am getting the following:

SEC0029 SECURITY WARNING: THIS SYSTEM CONTAINS INSECURE PASSWORDS, NOTIFY YOUR S
YSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

which password is it referring to?

This release has the ability to use "complex" passwords. You are most likely not using them. That is a standard warning. If you want it to go away use a complex password using a combination of letters, numbers, symbols, and Capitals.
