Opt11 / No conference call possible including two mobiles

Dear All,

i noticed today that we cant use the conference call function on our M3904s to set up a conference with more than one mobile. I tried several combinations. I have no problem conferencing with several landlines and one mobile. But as soon as i call one more mobile there is no more buttons on the display. I can only switch between the conference and the 2nd mobile.

I checked the conf button as i was told you could limit the number of participants and it is set to "AO6". (but a "limit" cant be the cause as i can setup lots of landlines but fail setting up 2 mobiles straight or in combi with landline.)

Is there another option to limit outgoing mobile connections? Or could this be caused by our provider?

The system has no way of knowing if a call is to a landline or a mobile phone. We conf 4 or 5 mobiles all the time.
