Its the same (ish).
There's a Port on the back of the chassis which is marked "RS 232", that where the 3 Port TTY cable should be connected too. Just connect your laptop to Port 0 or 1, with a nul modem and thats it.
If not just plug your serial cable direct into the "RS 232" port.

I actually have one I'm trying to get rid of.
There's a 3 cable 'octupus' cable with db25 connectors on the end. They hook up directly to a modem, so I think that means if you're connecting to a serial port on a laptop you'll need a null modem.
