What would you guys suggest router wise for the use of BGP? I want something mid level not minimum or enterprise. Let me know what you think the memory should be in all cases as well.

Really depends on how you are setting it up , if you need full internet routing then you need something bigger . We have old 4500 routers that run bgp without a problem .
 
Memory is the real problem. How many feeds are you planning to have? Are you going to be taking full routes or partial routes from your providers?

If you're only going to have a couple of T1s, for example, get a 2800 series router and load it up with memory and you'll be fine. But you really need to give us more details in order to answer your question intelligently.
