opinion on server configuration

in your opinions: what is the best configuation for a 2000 server that was upgraded from an NT 4.0 PDC running Raid 5 with online spare( 4 total 18gb drives->1 is online spare-> 3 are raid 5 yielding 36gb usable space)?
Current is 4gb c and 32gb d partition. is it fine to keep it this way. If not what do you recommend.
