We have an OpenStage 15 with HFA V3 R0,23.0

Using File transfer tried to downgrade to OS_15_HFA_V2_R0_98_0.img

Get error "File not supported

Did you buy it on V3? Downgrades from V3 to V2 (if phone was originally supplied on V3) are blocked due to a licensing commitment.
