If you know the "customer IP" address of your system, use Internet Explorer and go to
address> (NOT https!) and it will give you a few option on the screen. You want to choose the system preparation item. That will walk you through a series of steps to verify your PC is ready to communicate with the system, including verifying Java version, installing certificates, browser settings, etc. Once you successfully complete those steps you will be able to go to
address> to administer the system using the login and password you were given for administration.
Administering the system is no small task if you have never done it before. Unify Academy -
- Has some less expensive web-based programming to get you started with administering the system.
If you don't know the customer IP it gets to be a little more complicated because you need to access an IP address on a different LAN scope.
