Anyone had any luck using openoffice(openoffice.org) with Citrix?

We just started using Open Office over Citrix. You have to pay attention when installing it and make sure you use the network option. It is a pain to set up because you have to go to each user and configure their openoffice when they login. Some of your smarter users may be able to go through this themselves. Its a pain but it is doable- beats Microsoft right?

We've been concerned about the user-setups too.

I'm wondering if you've seen performance issues with OO? It takes awhile to load up and I wonder if that is putting too much load on the servers.

What have you seen?
