Opening SNP files sent as an attachment in Outlook 1

I need help -- how do I open an SNP file that was sent in Outlook. When I click on it it just tells me that the file does not have a program associated with it for this action. And then it tells me how to create an association but that doesn't work either. Any ideas??!!

Do you have one of the programs that can read this file? What program are you trying to assicate it with?
