A customer of ours is having a rather peculiar problem with his e-mail. Upon clicking on a hyperlink in an e-mail message received from someone, nothing happens. This occurs usually on graphical links on pages sent to the customer and sometimes on regular text hyperlinks. I have already changed a few settings, and also checked the "Tools-Options-Security" settings to make sure he could view all Internet sites. So far, no luck...any help out there for this problem?
