Opening Corel WordPerfect 8 in Win 98 (upgrade) 2

Come on Ladies & Gentlemen......With the wealth of knowledge that you have collectively, surely you can help me out here!! Each program in Corel WordPerfect 8 works perfectly, except for the word processing program! This program is the most important to me, except for the spread-sheet program....Please assist me here?????

I notified them twice by email on the 14th and the 16th of June, but, received no replies! I called Tech Support on the 17th, but received a recorded message (at 1630 hrs EST) that they close their offices at 1700 hrs EST!! (go figure that one out)!! Unless you happen to have a solution in hand, I'll be calling them tomorrow again (I go by EST also)!! But, I do thank you gratefully for your response!!
