Opening an Access 97 database without the system.mdw file

Does anyone know how to open an Access 97 database after the system.mdw has been lost? I do not have any of the original Names, passwords or ID's used to create the file.<br>
Any help most appreciated<br>

Click on Start-Run and type in WRKGADM then hit enter.
