Check the debout.svr in the aloha\temp folder. You can open in notepad. Scroll to bottom of file. There will be reason listed why CTLSVR could not start. Errors like missing key, key mismatch, NetBIOS ERROR. Post log errors and it will be easier to tell you how to fix. You can also repost on the Reddit/alohapos group. You may get faster response times
