Hi
I know this is a question many before me have asked on this forum but I hope you can bear with me.
I need to open up port XXXX for webaccess, but I have never worked with Cisco pix 506 before(or anything else made by Cisco for that matter), so I need someone nice to help me out on this one.
Ive read something about access-list, static and fixup protocol, but uncurtain what do.
Is it so simple that I just have to include something like this?
- access-list outside permit tcp any eq XXXX
XXXX is ofcourse the portnumber I want to open.
What I want is that anyone on the outside can access this port.
Thanks in advance
regards
