Open the same frameset but with different nav frame

Hi

Firstly I have no JavaScript skills so please be gentle :)

I have a front page (non framed) with various links grouped in sections.

What I want to do is link from this front page to a frameset, but for each link there is a different nav page that I want to load into the left frame.

How do I do this with JavaScript? I'm guessing it will be a simple line of code (onMouseOver or something) that I attach to the a href tag.
