Open/Read Webpage Using Perl 1

What I'd like to do is open/save a web page, and then parse it. For example, "

http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=theboringdispatcher".

Ideally, I'd be able to open a users profile page, open their "see all subscribers" list, navigate through all pages within the list, and then generate a simple text document that lists all subscribers by user name only. Parsing once I've got a handle should be easy, but are there modules/functions I should be considering? Kinda new to Perl so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i use LWP, and it works great for getting pages. it can even grab an image or what ever too.
