Open and modify in context menu desktop

If I make a double click in some icon of my desktop it will open the file with WORD. Also the first option (bold) in the context menu is modify and not open.
When i start the PC all programms to ejecute at startup are opened with word.
Somebody can help me??

Repair your file associations, at least for .ico and .exe files:

Thank you for your tip but i doesn't change something. I've done it automatically and manualy also rest the PC but nothing.
(no Hijack, Virus or Spyware, al test and scans done)

Also tested the XP pro reparation function but no changes.

This could well be malware.
