Open access to particular report

Hi,

I would like to notify people automatically by email that a new report has been created in the database.

I would like to include in this email a link, which will open their access application at the specific report. What line do I need to open access at a report, at a particular piece of information?

Our company are all operating off the same local server..

You could set up a shortcut to the report. So that the link from you email points to the shortcut. To create a shortcut to the report; Right-click on the report name and select the menu-option "Create shortcut..."
