sorry...I am having a DS3 installed here too...busy day. I tried FDLU on a i2002 that I have here in my office just to try it. I know the NTP says that it is for 3900's but what they heck, it was worth a try. I also rebooted a couple of sets just to try that...no luck

load the latest firmware for the i2002 set into EM, then reboot the phone for the fw to get pushed out to the phones
if you update the currency file in EM, it will tell you what you have and what the recommended is, this will help determine what else you have that's not current.
