Only send main number while calling extern

Dear,

We've install a communication manager 3.1.4.
We would send the DDI numbers of the customers for externals calls, so that station xxxxxx4501 send number xxxxxx4501 and station xxxxxx4502 send number xxxxxx4502 for external calls
In the CH PU you can see that we tested with station 4513, but it doesn’t work…
In the current configuration al stations send the main number of the company by external calls, the main number is 4500, and now all stations send number 4500 for external calls.
The provider told us that them configuration is correct.

Hi

On the extension number were you have display st 4513. you need to change Per station CPN - Send calling number to NO.This is on page 2 on the right hand side

I think that this will work.

Check Per Station CPN - Send Calling Number? in the station form page 2. If set to "N" it will send the main number, if "Y" it should send individual extension number.

Hi,

Thanks for your replay.
I've changed the CPN in NO, but is doesn't work, the station is sending number 4500 and not 4513.
If I change the CPN of the station in Yes, or Restrict, or No, the station is sending number 4500 for external calls, it doesn't make any diference.

In the trace I can see the correct number, buth the external station does not see this number but 4500, the main number.
