Hi

We're running Small Business Server 2003.

If anyone but Administrator tries to log on to Outlook Web Access, they receive the following error:

"You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Ensure that your user name and password are correct, and then try again."

In Properties of all users, under the Exchange Features tab, Outlook Web Access is "Enabled, using defaults". In fact, all mobile services and protocols are enabled.

Any ides?

thanks

OK... this problem has changed slighly...

Only Administrator & users that have been added recently can log on to OWA.

If my memory is correct, it is users added since I installed the following updates 2 weeks ago:
1) Business Conatact Manager Update
2) KB830801 - remove non-english characters from help and support
3) KB831464 - Problem viewing Outlook web page
4) KB831664 - Problem with multi-tape tape drives
5) KB832759 - Exchange Security Update
6) KB832880 - Problem viewing internal web page
7) KB833992 - Problem with POP3 connector
8) KB837444 - HOTFIX for event viewer error 8331

Today I have installed Exchange 2003 SP1 but this is irrelevent to this problem (however it did fix the hanging "Loading..." problem that seems to be very popular).

Any ides? (updates #3 & #5 seems most likley)

thanks!

Actually. That's wrong. Just checked my timesheets and one user I added 6 days after these updates cannot logon to OWA.

hmmmmmm¿

In my case only the admin account worked in OWA. The problem was solved after I applied SP1 for Exchange 2003.

I had the same problem with OWA only my account and the administrator account could login into OWA after installing SP1 for Exchange 2003 the problem was solved.
