One X web mail vmp load

I am trying to get ONE-X to be able to play the voice mail on the computer. IIS was no running on the server (2008) when I installed it. I now have IIS running and have removed Voice mail pro and reinstalled it, but in custom the web voicemail box does not show up. Has anyone run into this and if so how did you correct it?

Make sure you are adding the correct option. I think it is either CGI or asp that you are missing.

No both are installed and running

Do you use the default profile?
The default profile does not have this option.
You need to setup a new profile and then you can select the option playback by browser instead of phone.
It is one or the other.
