One X Portal - Voicemail says checking messages

I am running in to an issue with One X Portal Voicemail section just says checking messages. I have read the other posts on here and have installed and setup as the Install Guide states. Running 9.1.7 on IPO, VM, and OneX.
Ran IIS, then ran VM Pro, then ran One X Portal. Tried 2 different browsers (Firefox and IE) and same issue.

What else could it be?

9.1.7 fixed that issue for me. Are you sure that's the version you're running and not the manager your running only?

It is actually 9.1.8. I just removed One X again, ran VM pro software and modified and scrolled all the way down to select Web Voicemail.
Ran One X Again and it is now working.
