I have a customer using the One-X portal (chrome) and it works just fine. When I set up the Avaya desktop client plug in, it is not showing all the same information as One-X. For example, when a user initiates a call,the timer starts in the call pane of one-x but nothing appears in the outlook plug in. In addition, the plug in will show different users being busy or do not disturb when they are not. All the while, One-X portal working fine. I can right-click on a contact in outlook, go down to IP Office and make the call. But current call status does not show on the plug in. I assume this is a PC/Firewall/Spam Filter issue but any outlook tips would be appreciated.
