One X Portal Notifications issue.

Hey Guys,

I just upgraded a system from 9.0.1 to 9.0.3. Since the upgrade, users are unable to utilize the "Desktop Notifications" feature. In their "Configure" page of One-X, it is now completely greyed out and will not allow them to make any adjustments to it. I have searched through the knowledge base and have not been able to find anything regarding any types of changes to this feature in this release.....has anyone else come across this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

As I'M's show up in Outlook or Call assistant when minimised there should at least be some way of knowing they are there without waiting until you next maximise the window!
