Hi all! I have a customer with IP Office and OXP under R9.1 SP1. Some users having problems with their IM presence status. Even they set their telephone presence status to "Available", still their IM status stays at "DND". I read the manual and I don't see any setting to change this status. Hope you could help me.
 
I have put the FQDN in the XMMP Domain Name and restart the server. Checked again the concerned users' IM presence and all normal.
