Just installed One-X 9.1.2. Trying to logon with Administrator/Administrator, but doesn't work. Isn't that the default logon....? Please advise, thanks.

If its a Windows based server there is no default password. Instead the password is set by the installer as the last step of the installation.

If its a Linux based server then its probably using referred authentication with mean its probably the same password as used for the IP Office administrator account.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

as far as I know:

Enter the default administrator name (Administrator) and password (Administrator) and click Login.

But password could also be Web..

Yup, I made sure I'm using the Admin login page, thank you budbyrd.

Is this Windows based deployment or Linux (SE, App Server, UCM)?

If Windows, the default Administrator password is Administrator. It has to be changed after completing the initial configuration of one-X Portal with IP Office which is done from or
If Server Edition Primary -> One-X Portal is pre-configured with Primary IP Office. So no configuration is required. The default Administrator password for one-X Portal is same as the Administrator password of the IP Office. The authentication is centralized in 9.1 so it is the same password to access different applications on Server Edition platform.

If Application Server deployment of one-X Portal -> One-X Administrator password is Administrator. It has to be changed after completing the initial configuration of one-X Portal with IP Office which is done from or
If UCM -> One-X Portal is pre-configured with IP Office 500v2 unit. So no configuration is required. The default Administrator password for one-X Portal is same as the Administrator password of the IP Office.

Hope this helps.
