Hello Avalon, that's good news somewhat.
So it wasn't working using Outlook 2016 w/ 9.x but you upgraded to R10, redownloaded the plugin and began to work.
Is that correct? I really think it's an Avaya issue w/ their plugin as it's a HIT or MISS when it comes to outlook 2016.
I have 2 PC's working great, and 1 PC + 1 laptop with the plugin not installing problem.
