ONE-X Mobile - Remote IP Issue

Issue : Onex client either works without or with VPN depending on public IP configuration. PFB:


Scenario 1 : LAN1 configuration with public IP - OneX with VPN clients gets no Audio but works good from internet. Please Note: Call details shows remote server as External IP of Avaya System

Scenario 2 : After removing public IP from LAN 1 configuration, OneX on VPN clients works but OneX does not works from internet, Please Note: Call details shows remote server as Internal IP of Avaya System


DNS setting: VPN client resolve with internal DNS, without VPN onex as a Internet clients resolves with global DNS pointing to public IP.

Please advise how to achieve scenario where OneX works good for both (with and without VPN) at same time.

Read the manual.

It is pretty well documented.

One of the first things it will tell you, is NEVER put the public IP Address to the IPO lan port.

Second thing is that it will tell you to use a SBC.

So, start with this first, or you will not get much help here, since NO ONE wants to be responsible for massive toll fraud.
