We have an IPO Preferred Edition with an Avaya UC Server. We are using android cell phones with no sim card running on the corporate wifi. Each phone has a power user associated with it with one x mobile preferred, no twinning with desk sets. Everything is working fine but we can't see to figure out how to activate call waiting on the one x mobile preferred. When we call an specific extension of a onex mobile, the first call goes through. If the onex user is still on the phone and the second call comes in, it does not give a notification of the second call. The only notification we see is when they hang up, they will have a missed call in the call log.
Can anyone assist with activating the call waiting ?
