Hi,

I cant seem to find any information or documents that specifically instruct how to set up the iphone app One-X mobile lite to work with the IpOffice system. They all seem to relate to the big brother CM.

If anyone has done this or can help with this, would be much appreciated! :)

Thanks

Jack

You need the app that is mentioned in the latest doc which contains all supported phones.

The last one x mobile compatible list on the support site.
This doc tells you that you need a thirth party app which can be found on iTunes for €5.99 or so.
That one works on an ipo.

Thanks for your quick replies :)

I checked the latest One-x mobile compatibilty PDF on the Avaya website before dowloading and it said to download One-x mobile from the Apple Apps (but doesnt state that it has to be the lite version as apparently the full version is only for CM) or the proven working software iEC5xx which isnt free and as far as i was aware EC500 is a CM beast. Maybe they do work on ipoffice as well, i just cant find any instructions that mention the ipoffice

Ah ok, maybe the iEC5xx software is the one Peter's talking about

Indeed iec5xx is the one.

Why should One-X mobile lite not work on IPO? The only problem is that you have to put values in every field, including ARS. But I suppose this is more a problem for me as I set up IPO to not need a special digit for outside lines. If you need a 9 then all is OK.

With a bit of playing around ive now got the One-X mobile lite app working with IPoffice.

If anyone is interested heres an example of the settings you need:

Emergency No: On, 999
Outside Line: 9
Local NO: 6
Local Country code: 44
Long Distance: 0
Int Code: 00

Then for the next 6 options you need to input a DDI number that comes into the ipoffice and goes to a system short code. (The same DDI number goes in all 6 fields)
The system short code uses the feature: FNE Service and telephone number: 00 (the telephone number 00 is a FNE function that tells the ipoffice to give back dial tone to the caller. There is a list of different FNE codes and functions that can be found on the web)
In the incoming call route you need to put a tag: IDLE APPEARANCE SELECT = ;

Back on the mobile lite setting:
Use country code when dialling EC500: off
Direct Dial: Off

Hoepfully this will help those trying to set it up
