(1356) EXIT from one-X Communicator will not release
Phone Displays
Extension in Use
Unable to use Phone

Someone else can Log In (1356)
and Use one-X Communicator

Thought New Log In would disconnect Previous User




 
What phone model?
The phone won't automatically go back in service with the extension for about 15 minutes but you can follow the prompts on the screen to have the default extension log back in - assuming this is an IP phone.

Press # and follow the prompts.
Do other 1416 phones come back up after the user ends their One-X session?
Swap extension numbers with another 1416 or move it to another digital port and see what happens.

Yes

I had already swapped phones
a working phone from another workstation
Service State: disconnected

 
I was suggesting changing the extension number of the phone.

Can you change the port used by the phone?

Extension is currently being used for Teleworking (one-X Communicator)
