one-x call assistant

Hi all

IP500v2 R11.0.4.1
I have installed one-x portal on windows 2008 r2 server and install onex call assistant on the pc's.
Windows 10 are working fine but windows 8 have the following problem.
On windows 8 i get the following script error
line 544
char 10
The data necessary to complete this operation is not yet available
code 0

Does anyone seen it this before?

Hopefully you mean Windows 8.1 - Windows 8 was never supported. Even 8.1 is out of support by Microsoft except for those on their extended support contracts.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
