One-X Agent Volume Issue

All,

Some of the agents I have using one-x agent are complaining that some calls are coming in where they can barely hear the customer and their volume is turned all the way up. This doesn't happen on every call but it's happening. While this is new to the agents, they all say this has never happened when they were using actual desk phones. I've checked settings and they appear to be fine and the PC resources all look to be good as well. Is there something that I can do to resolve this issue. I have been able to listen to a few calls and hear it occasionally. All help would be appreciated. We don't want to push one-x agent to more agents on the floor with the volume issues that we're having.

Is this isolated to a particular trunk when you get the low volume?
 
Depending on your headsets there could be three to four places to adjust volume: PC, one-X client, and physical (& possibly software) controls on the headsets. What kind of headsets are you using? We had pretty good luck with the Savi 7xx series but there are a lot of other good ones. Cheapo headsets can end up being a huge headache.
 
I haven't actually checked to see if this was happening when calls were coming in on a particular trunk. Since it's happening to all the agents using one-x agent, wouldn't think it would be related to a trunk. We're using Logistic H570e's

I've also checked all the volume settings in all locations.
 
Updated audio drivers may fix the issue. You can also try changing the audio format from the default. This is under playback devices, right-click on the device and select properties.
