I have an agent whose recorded greeting is not playing when receiving a call. We can play the recording through the Agent Preferences and it is fine. Then go to Greeting Triggers in System Settings and select the greeting and set Auto Play to For All Incoming Calls. When a new call is presented to the agent, the greeting is not played. There is only silence. The agent has removed the existing greeting and recorded a new one and it still doesn't play. Any suggestions?
