Having a problem with One-X Agent R2, if I had the documentation I could probably resolve it

Every time the agent tries to go into AUX One-X it pops up "Alerting attendant" and dials 0

CMS Agent trace shows dialed digits 0

I am certain the agent has activated a feature that I cannot find

Thanks

We have a problem like this everytime an agent logs in on Version 2.0.03102.0... We've been told by our vendor that it's a feature and will be resolved in the next release of software!

Not sure that helps you much though...

I found the problem

mysteriously, every agent had been changed from default AUX code 1 to AUX code "10"

using CMS Agent Trace I found that the agent was successfully entering AUX1 (the 1 of "10")then making an outbound call to 0 (the 0 of "10")

still do not know how all 10 agents were changed
