One-way synchronization

We have a folder with a number of PowerPoint presentations (in various subfolders) on a Netware server and we want our sales people to have these on their laptops (Windows XP).
Normally we simply use the briefcase in Windows to handle this, but every time a presentation is run the files are changed and the briefcase wants to send that change to the server, but as they do not have writing access in that folder, they just get an error.
What we'd like to have is a "one-way synchronization", if there is a difference between a file on the laptop and on the server, the laptop should be changed so they are the same again.

Any thoughts on how to solve this?

I've been in touch with them and it seems their tool FolderClone is the most suitable one so I'll do some testing with that one.

Not knocking foldermatch at all, but you can go to several sites that offer free downloads and you can do a search and you will find many programs that will do a one way synch, and the price will be right, as in free.
pcworld and simtel.net are 2 such places, you can google many more. Pricelessware.org is another.

I forgot, the program called Laplink, will do the one way transfer, plus a ton of other jobs as well. Its one of the best file transfer and synch progs out there, works via the net, via intranet, usb, and a host of other ways to connect 2 or more pcs or servers.
I even have one that i would sell you, full retail.
